Black fan strap original?

Hi guys,

When I first got my '73 911T it had a black fan housing strap (the one with two bolts).
Could this be original to the car or should it be (yellow) zinc plated?

I wonder about this. Perhaps some '73s might have had either one as that was the year of the change from the black to zinc?
