did i get a surprise today !!

i attended a PCA monthly breakfast today, and ran into a friend who sold me his (my) '73 911E. he will remain anonymous, but he is also involved with Ferrari's in a big way.

he invited me and 2 others to see a Ferrari Enzo prior to being delivered to the buyer. i didn't have a digital camera so i have no pictures to share. (sorry !)

suffice it to say that the Enzo is the most amazing car i've ever seen. it costs approx. $700K, and in the flesh, it resembles a Formula 1 car. it has the most beautiful lines, an awesome engine, unbelievably gigantic front & rear rotors, and an interior that is a cross between a jet fighter and a race car.

if you haven't seen photo's of the car, you should search the web and look for them. this car is a work of art. only approx. 400 will be made, and it was incredible to get to see one.

Charlie Sheen in the Movie No Man's Land had a great saying for the Ferraris on Rodeo Drive "Italian Trash".

This wasn't the OCR breakfast, was it? There were 99 P-cars there, the best turn out I've seen yet.
Not sure if I know the T you're talking about, but pretty sure i know who the Ferrari guy is :-)
