Tool nuts...why no bid on this?
I got the last two this guy auctioned for a $16.60 bid. + $7 shipping. Haven't seen the tools yet, but I thought I did okay, considering the usual prices for this brand... |
Well, it could be we already have one.. or in your case, Two..
That is a good deal.. I think I paid $10.00 bucks for mine. Jorge (Targa Dude) |
They do look like high quality wrenchs, and in many cases a stitch in time saves nine. There's nothing funner than grinding a chunk off the cheapo to make it fit and watching in horror as it spreads and nicely rounds off that impossible nut.

The deep offset Stahlwille is available in a 10+13mm size. It makes more sense than 13+14. I have these wrenches in the two most usefull sizes; 10+13 and 17+19.

I purchased the 19/24 wrench and a 11mm flare wrench directly from the Stahlwile website. These are about the finest wrenchs I have seen. Nice balance, finish, and heft in your hand. They were on special so I think I paid around 10.00 for the big one. The 24mm side is perfect for the alternator nut. the offset and length are just right. I also used it to remove the brake cylinder sensors. Perfect fit. If I was going to splurge, I would buy an entire set of these.
