They always strike me as a lame accessory.
Where I live, you only see them on 17 yr old's cars. Like a fake scoop or stick on hood pins on a car that still has the latch and steel hood.

All depends on the car of course. I feel yay on the blue car shown but not most P cars. Saw a challenger hellcat the other day that fit very nicely with the tire letters.

Not a fan on a P-car, but that’s a lot of black in the wheel well, so I understand why you did it. I’d say nay for now, and add it back later if it bugs you.

I'd put a gumball number on the door and roll with the white lettering

Agree with AG81. OP has a cool looking car with or without the lettering. Those are two separate thoughts.

On the blue car in the picture the lettering works but typically no.

Your wheels are so blacked out I think they need some detail. Maybe an RSR finish on the rims.

I voted no. But...IMHO, 10% of the time I think that looks great and would love it. The other 90% I'd wish for just black.

I LOVE that color though...what is it?

Poll like this on this forum is pretty much worthless in my opinion as the majority of the posters lean hard toward original and unmodified.
For a build like Nippy's tire stickers look cool in my opinion. If you did another poll with your car in stock form or modified the votes would skew the same way towards stock as the results on this one indicate.

I dig it on that car. But I also have a white fj cruiser that came with black wheels and bf tires with white lettering from factory, so I'm biased.
I really don't think this forum has gone the route of the other Porsche forum in regards originality at all. This forum is all over the place and has been for years. But yeah, because the older Porsches have gone nuts value wise, keeping it stock now is the way to go. Wish I knew my 6k car when I bought was going to be worth 10 times that now or I would have left it alone, or maybe not. I'm old now.

IMO it looks good with the stickers, adds pop to an otherwise "over-played" blacked out tire/wheel combo, remember the Lotus Turbo Esprit with "Goodyear" decals? Pretty sweet look

I like the concept for your car, but think the lettering is a bit too large ... somewhere in between yrs and AG81 I would say ..

First thing I thought of was David Letterman in black dress shoes with white socks.
