Fuel Help Los Angeles Area

I'm a broke dad who's just trying to get his 78 sc running again so that a smile may return to my face! I recently ran the fuel low while driving (I know) and the engine has been running poorly (low power, missing, dies on decel) since. I added techron, replaced the filter and pump, problem still persists.

I've been following tons of amazing posts on the subject here and have my plan of attack based on all the great stuff I've read. I made a jumper last night and will test the injectors tonight, but I preemptively want to source a fuel pressure tester.

So:

Part 1: I need to borrow a CIS pressure tester in the LA area. Happy to pick it up and compensate with food/beer/joints Funds are tight right now, otherwise I'd buy my own.

Part 2: Just generally looking for other people in my area that enjoy working on their cars, sharing tools, knowledge, etc. Sure, this forum is great, but some actual human interaction sure sounds nice. Hit me up!
