Lovely roof line. Makes it look more like a Coupe. Lovely air intakes. Why oh why didn't Porsche AG work harder with the air intakes? I also like the deleted door handles (not fond of the Toyota look a likes that are stock). And the ugly headlamps have been "masked", much nicer. Interior is hard to judge from the pic, but looks promising - stock is boring in my opinion.

Apparently this is a design study that Stola is working on for Porsche. It's rumored that it will be close to the Boxster Coupe that is due in 2005! I guess this study is making the autoshow circuit this spring.

Nasty tail lights, IMHO. Should have gone retro on those as well. Makes the rear end looks too much like one of the Pontiacs. Otherwise, build it

I think they were going for the Cararra GT look for the exhaust on the rear...hence that look. As long as it's the bark of a twin tubro 6...it's all good to me.

I think it's ugly. The original production version is clean and modern even though suggests retro-550 RSK lines. The past is just that-best left behind for nostalgia sake as modern cars have too many other safety factors that will complicate things.

Looks "overstyled" in my opinion. The designer was on the right track but took it too far.....kind of like the BMW Z3 and Z4.

The paint is the classic Gulf Weyer colors. Yes, those colors were on the GT40's in the mid to late 60's and then on the 917's in the late 60's. Those colors work with the rest of the retro look.
Yes, the top and roar seem to be flavors of the Carrera GT

The Gulf colours look great! I'd love to see one in Martini Rossi war paint.

Those cars where never intended to cruise down the strip or be a weekend toy. That boxster just seems way over done. To me a Porsche is simply stated and form follows function.
Our cars (at least in my part of the country) garner looks as they rare they don't look flashy and scream LOOK AT ME. That is what the ricer crowd does. Put the car on the track and those colors look great. Put it on Main Street USA and they simply look ridiculous.
