Need Advise - Tickle Charger- 2006 997

Hey guys.....

need some suggestions for the good/great trickle charger for a 2006 997.1

Links would be great, i am trying to "pass it forward" to a good friend of mine.

Suggest the Ctek MXS 5.0, its top notch and similar to the Porsche factory offering.

I’ve been using the previous model MUS 4.3 for a few years with good results, along with bringing back a Optima yellow top from 2volts.

If you just want something for a car that isn't driven frequently, the venerable Battery Tender Jr is tried and true for all lead acid and AGM batteries.

If you want "restoration" capability and a constant power feed, a C-TEK under $100 is a good one to have.

Whatever you do, leave the frunk hood popped open. You can't pop it with a dead battery.
