Photoshop Elements - FIXED Check this out

Honest, I can read and build web pages, but trying to learn Photoshop Elements is nuts - two books and 4 hours later I can't figure out how to add images to layers.

To keep this on topic - I have 4 jpgs of my car and I'm trying to create an animated gif. How in the heck do I get each of the jpgs on a layer?

Thanks

Got a bit carried away once I figured it out....

Oh, the files too big, can't post it here. It's on my web site: www.boxstar.net

OK, what's the deal? How did you get it to upload, the file is way over 100K?

I could be wrong, but I bet he used the "img" button and just linked to the site rather than actually uploading to Pelican.
