Outer rocker panel trim replacement
 
I've got some jacking damage on the outer rocker of my '84 Targa, and my bodyshop wasn't able to get the creases out with PDR so I'm going to replace it. The part number I'm coming up with is 911 559 047 01 GRV (driver's side) and I was wondering if these are available with the textured finish already applied and ready to paint. If not, what's the process (or product) that needs to be applied prior to painting to give it the textured look?

The rippled look is “body shutz” .
It spays on then dries then is painted.
