1974 911 targa s weather stripping?

I finally own a 911 but need help getting it back on the road
Recently purchased this beautiful 911 targa
It was sitting in a container for 10 years
Previous owner was restoring the car but fell short of Completing it
The car received a glass out paint job and I have a Box of weather stripping and no clue where it all goes I have the stainless targa bar and no clue how to re install it if anyone is in the San Francisco Bay area and knows a good shop please let me know
Also need a good mechanic to help with the 1st engine start in 10 years can't wait to get on the road been waiting my whole life to own one
