Rear seat delete ID?

I haven’t been able to find one similar online - I’ve seen many early versions with different style doors and the later 964 version?

What would this have come from? And what’s it worth?

Imho, home made and used 2 glove compartment doors. It's not the one that I/we did.

I don’t know where it came from but I would buy it homemade or not. Much less “clunky” looking than the factory 964 version!

Honestly, it looks factory made.

My buddy, swears this were in an 89 speedster? Found these photos online, looks identical to mine except mine is missing the knobs.

We recently had a G body, 1987 cab at the shop with rear seat delete. I had never seen this option prior to 964's and speedsters. We had the delivery invoice, and it was a factory option "Storage Space" 702.00 DM. Extremely rare. Possibly what you have there?
