3.2 ICV connection test

I suspect something is wrong with ICV. I tested the actual part and it’s functional. How can troubleshoot the electrical connection?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1585357418.jpg

If you do not have a scope, the best way would be to check for consistent continuity between the ECU connector pins that control the ICV and the pins on the connector shown ?
If you have a scope, look at the signal the ecu puts out to the icv ( with the icv plugged in ) by backprobing. It should look like block waves.
In any case clean the contacts of the connector and icv wth some alcohol.
