Anyone Want NEW H1's???

While looking on eBay is saw these for sale:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2410123075&category=33710

Any guesses as to how much they will go for?

Not mine, no relation, don't know the seller, etc

Regards,
Andrew M

Hmmm...I'd pay $300 for the pair of 'em. Problem is, the market will support far more than that. So I guess I won't get 'em.

Well, so much for my high bid......

I sold a new set last year for $900....a little better economic times, but these may see that price....

I'm with you on that one Mark...we must not be too far apart, generations wise. Funny aside here...decades ago, Raquel made a dumb movie, about roller derby, I think that's what they call the game. Anyway, much of it was shot in Portland, OR. Gary Wright, a local yuk 911 racer & nice guy lived in a houseboat that they wanted to use for a location shot. He said that would be okay, but his price was a photo of he & Raquel under blankets together. Poor Gary, they decided to use a different house boat. Let's see, how to keep this on topic? It was Gary who clued me to the superior lightings of H-1's, resulting in me running a set today!

I understand a new pair retails for $1,500. Or is my mechanic a rip off artist?

The last catalog price I saw was over a grand...now all the catalogs seem to say NLA... Randy, is your mechanic a rip off artist? I'd say that depends on who your mechanic is.

Porsche Crest

Just a heads up:

I don't know if they are still available, but fellow PP member redducati750 has a very nice looking set listed here in the classifieds BBS for $115 less than the current bid price of the aforementioned eBay auction.
