Remove wires/pins from CDI plug?

I searched and nothing came up, and I really don't want to break this plug. Does anyone know how the pins in the CDI plug unlock, i.e. how to remove the wires from the CDI plug?

Background- My expensive new short green wire did not address the issue. for whatever reason, I'm showing zero resistance between the shield and the signal on the green wire between where it disappears into the main harness and the CDI plug, when unplugged, so I've ordered the 928 piece to try again.

I'm about at my wit's end with this car. It ran perfectly before I tore it apart, and now it's been nothing but problems. I think I'm close, but this is.... frustrating.

Part numbers or sources for new pins would also be appreciated- I was going to try to re-use the old connectors, but who knows what they look like.

thanks in advance

Small flat blade screwdriver inserted in the small slot below the terminal when looking face on. (Bottom of “T” shape)
Twist and turn lightly while pulling the wire back and forth, in and out of the connector.
Terminals are here:

Second one down in the .250 female section.
If you look at the photo you can see the small latch you are trying to flatten to

Awesome, perfect. I was actually going to message you privately about this, but thought it could benefit the board, so I posted here. thanks for all your help!
