No high or low beam? Switch on column?
 

I somehow lost both high and low while turning with signal on and trying to go from high to low beam. Quick and dirty is this just a new signal/high/low switch replacement? ( if removing the steering wheel etc is simple of course)

This is a new blinker stalk replacement although you could try this thread which just bends the headlight contacts to see if that takes care of your problem first.
