Connector for alternator wires?

My first car was a Ford Falcon. To pull the alternator was really easy. Not so with my 1980 911SC. But, it would be a lot easier if I could readily disconnect the wiring harness from the alternator, as I can with my 1973 TR6. Has anyone built such a harness? Since I now have the alternator with internal regulator it only takes three wires. And of course now I have two possible failure points: alternator and regulator. The connector would need to handle 100 amps, but aftermarket Chevy parts seem to take this in stride. Anyone? Thanks.
