Brake pedal goes to floor

In Florida right now...
My son just took the 911 out of storage and gave it a drive and he said the brakes failed. The pedal goes right to the floor. I talked to him and he said there's no sign of fluid on the floor or driveway and the reservoir is full. I'm hoping maybe it's the pedal rod connection to the master cylinder linkage inside the car.

If not, I would assume the master would not be leaking and worn if the reservoir is full.

So from there I'd need some help....Hope all is well with all of you...

Check to see if a caliper is seizing - when he pulled over after the pedal went to the floor, the wheel with a seized caliper would have been noticeably warmer than the others. A collapsed soft line at the wheel is also possible but between those two I'd probably consider a seized caliper more likely.
