81 911 SC Vacuum line help

I've got an 81 911 SC that I'm trying to trace a vacuum line from the "T" where one side goes to the decel valve and the other is a mystery. The WUR on this one just goes to atmosphere at the top of the intake butterfly with no vacuum nipple.

I've read the posts in 81 SC Air Box & Vacuum Leaks but, that question didn't get answered or, was something I missed.

I've added arrows that point to the line in question.

Other end goes to the cruise control.

Thanks for the input. I didn't mention it but this is a 3.5mm hose, the cruize is larger.

Yep, 2 hoses. Larger line is vent and the 3.5 is vacuum
