That's a 40mm early (longhood ~70s) steering wheel 90134708100
the horn button (puck) is worth tripple nowadays… do a search

Unfortunately there is no puck.. And searches don't show much on it.

I believe the 380mm wheel is 914. Horn buttons and switches are available but pricey. It is what I have on the 70. Much better for getting into the car and for driving without the big ugly butterfly horn. Looks much better too.
