RSR parts at auction
This german auction house will have an impressive amount of RSR parts and other 911/prototype parts in their upcoming auction.
https://auction.nicola-ac.de/catalog96/?page=1&search=Porsche&btn=Search&filter= No relation or connection, but I thought that might be very interesting to share. |

Cool. A few really cool items in there, like the countach and Porsche Jr. RSR gearbox etc.
Prices seem....high on some stuff.

Them blue Carrera seat belts.
And a 936 motor, been looking for one of those.

There are a few cool pieces in there that are still reasonably priced. Looking at the previous auction results, there seem to have been some good buys.

Yes. 936 motor. Would that fit in my 72?
Some of the parts are quite reasonable. 917 wheels anyone?

I agree....many very interesting parts there.
Found a few things I'd like. Just don't know what I'd do with 'em. ![]()

Any way to get that site to come up in English? I clicked on the UK flag and nothing changed.

Many cool and interesting parts, tools and memorabila but the one that catches my eye is on page 10. The PFM 3200 Porsche flying motor is probably the rarest piece in the lot.
I thought Porsche took back ownership of all those engines. Maybe put it on an airboat ![]() |

A 908 and 906 chassis, I wonder if they're numbered.

Thanks for posting the link …. amazing collection of items. Can't imagine having some of those parts just "laying around".
Will be interesting to see final prices.

I am personally most intrigued by the Porsche-developed Matra gearbox. I read the story about Matra winning Le Mans after Norbert Singer fixed their gearbox, but I've never even seen a picture of one.
The auction is in one week, some spare time left to clean up the garage although the main problem is I am lacking for the Matra... Does anybody know if it is correct that they based it of the 908 internals? |
