shock removal?
Hey guys: do you have to remove the rear shock absorber to get the axle stub out of 88 carrera? What about the parking brake cable as well? Tks

Yes, you have to at least undo the shock from the trailing arm. I did not have to do anything with the parking brake.

Parking brake cable can be removed without touching the shock.

Don't have to do anything with the parking brake to remove the axle.
