Porsche classic radio

I am sorry if this topic has been addressed before but why can’t I find or buy from anyone the not very old Porsche Classic Radio. I know they are not inexpensive but did they quit producing them or is their another reason.

I believe there is a new version about to be introduced so you are in that period of old ones not around, new ones not out yet..
