993 Heat exchanger Install questions and PIC request

Guys I've done my best to compile all the information I could to get this done. Bought a set of 993 HEs with flipped flanges here on the forums going into my 84 3.2 carrera.

-Is there anything I should be wary of?
-I have a boltbuster to get off the seized exhaust nuts. Can I just use all hex nuts instead of half barrel nuts?
-Do I absolutely need to backdate oil lines? Is it is a precaution for clearances?

Any advice with pictures would definitely help! Post all you can so we can compile a database
