I've got Recaro LS-C's in blucille. They might be a little too pure or period correct for the Blasphemy build.... They are outstanding. Light, very supportive, and period correct-ish---my car (72) was built into a hotrod in 1977 or so by the original owner, he flared it, bolted on some parts that were in the parts catalog and sports purpose manual of the time, and he told me he searched out the top-of-the-line Recaro sport seat in leather.

So, the LS backrest is a lot like the Porsche Tombstone sport seat of the late 70's and early 80's, the 'C' style base has similar bolsters to the Tombstone but also offers a thigh extension.

I added seat heaters when I did the center section in plaid.

They are amazingly comfortable, even/especially for the long-haul drives I often do....they are light, durable and I think they are pretty sexy.

These are great! Do you have an open-door shot showing the tie-in with the exterior?
Nice Work!

Lipstick - 81-84 Sport Seats

Those blue Recaros are stupendous!

I have some 81-84 Sport Seats recovered in Lipstick leather by my buddy Mark, Marko here on the boards.

They reside in my silver '84 M491 paint to sample wide body. Light and comfortable on road trips.

They're reupholstered originals, but I can't get enough of them!

When this was my dads project car, he ordered leather by the sheet direct from the tanneries in Italy he used to work with to redo the seats, which led to the rest of the interior..

I currently have them removed from when I needed access to the fuel line channel not too long ago.. Will take the opportunity to clean and condition them shortly while they'e out. If the before & after pics show much of a difference, I'll share

Vallelunga

Currently rocking Recaro LXD Clones (LX upper with a SRD/SR3/Speed base)

Cool project I've always had in mind would be a full Recaro SR3 frame (easily obtainable, high quality and super comfortable) but with a headrest instead of the belt pass thru, so similar upper profile to the Vallelunga seats.

Those Vallelunga's are very cool!

To be clear, I'm not really looking for Porsche OEM seats re-covered, unless they've been heavily modified. Anyone have any cool seats from different marques that they like?

Recaro Pole Positions with corduroy centers. Little bit of old school flavor.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy car parts which is kind of the same thing.
