Why would you want to fabricate this, it only costs a few bucks and in plentiful supply.

Peter,

PM me your information and I will give you one. I have several of these tools plus blades in my tool box and will save you from the trouble of fabricating it. Unless you prefer to have your personalized tool. Please let me know.

Tony

@ John - many thanks 😀

@ Tony - that is very kind of you, but I am located in Scandinavia, Europe, so quite far away. I will just fabricate it myself now. Thank you 😀

If you don't want to use any tools research backside valve adjustment, you just need a length of .0035 and .004 feeler gauge. I've tried both but prefer the traditional under the foot method.

Make one of these. Uses a 12" feeler gauge rolled up in the handle. The original is the D shaped one that used to be available, but seems to have been discontinued. Island 911 fabbed some long ago that are a bit shorter @ 4.25". There are a few threads about them if you search. Way easier to hold and maneuver than the little stupid ones.
