Any idea what where these wires go?

Any idea what the proper name of these square plastic plugs that hold this spade connecter is called?

Also, I found these behind the vent shield on my 86. Was tracing wiper fluid lines and found them. All my systems work, any ideas before I dig into the scenarios?

Spade wires red. Also I noticed a hound lug on a bolt..

Would be helpful if you could tell us if wires are live all the time or only when ignition on and/or with lights on. Top wire may be to option frunk light that would reside by top of passenger hinge.
Do you have an oil cooler fan in the Right passenger Fender? Lower one could be for that, OR, euro side marker lights? Check voltage.
Others will surely chime in.
Cheers,
Johan

It’d Red and black stripe. Grounds brown w white stripe.

All this while I’m fixing my washers..

The round lug on that bolt in your third picture is NOT factory. Definitely was added by a previous owner.

Yes. I thought so. Thx for the confirm. Why I have no idea. Cars pretty stock. Wonder if it was just used as a washer..
