1988 911 Carrera Convertible top transmission bolt torque
Does any one know if there is a tightening torque for a bolt that holds the soft top transmission and main arm together? Originally I tried a lock nut type product but after 12 months it failed causing the teeth in the joint to slip and it broke one of the main bows of the soft top frame.
