Replacement Oil tank panel?

Hey guys, I've tried searching, but so far no joy. I've got a rusted out section inside the engine bay on the right hand side. It looks like moisture was trapped between the top of the oil tank and the panel that it mounts to.

The hole goes into the stamped section that the filter and filler come out of. Does anyone make this panel? or know where to find a used panel?

Try restoration design, if you can’t find it dc auto in NC might have one out of a wreck.
