Replace factory flags with Vitaloni Sebrings?
Hi all. I’m wondering how people who have replaced their factory flag mirrors with the Vitaloni Sebring feel about it.
I did something similar with an Alfa Romeo Spider and it almost transformed the car, in that the lines flowed from front to back the way it was originally intended. My thought is this might have a similar impact. My primary concern is I don’t want it to look like some cheap aftermarket kind of thing. (And I should add I understand placement is critical for decent vision, and I’m best off using convex mirrors on both sides.) Please share your experiences. Regrets? Love it? |

As you can see, it’s a stock setup, in an understated color which I really enjoy. So I’m not looking for flash.

Agree, I too am not a big fan of the later flag mirrors - chunky and clunky. I like period round black rally type mirrors (Talbot 300 or Yorck).

Take a look at these - bolt straight on

On your beautiful blue car, I would leave the stock mirrors.

On an otherwise stock SC, I'd probably keep the factory flags. I put Sebrings on my hotrod targa and TBH, they pretty much suck at their intended purpose. They look rad though and the targa really doesn't have any blind spots so I've kept them on there.
