Good thing to bring to DE that takes up no space

Between runs at a DE event, I was washing the inside of the windshield. I hit the rearview mirror and knocked it right off.
My instructor happened to have one of those repair kits you get at the auto parts store that lets you glue the mirror back on. It
drys and is ready to go in about 20 minutes.
I was lucky my instructor had the repair kit. The repair kit cost about $4.00 and takes up NO space at all. I will have one with me at every DE from now on.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for good things to bring to DE that dont take up alot of space?

One word: sunscreen

I've recently gotten a little overexposed and wished I had just kept some in the car. I plan to put some in the trunk just to have on hand at any given time.

Clean underwear.

My glove box kit consists of:
- a small flashlight (AAA Mag penlight)
- fuses (one of each amperage)
- sunscreen (small sample-sized bottle)
- one set of foam ear plugs (which I always forget for racing events)
- the small Porsche spec book.

I learned the rear view mirror trick the same way, so now when I clean the inside of the window I take the mirror down.

What do you need the rear view mirror for:p :p That is an excellent suggestion. I also bring earplugs for those non muffeled events.

Cheers, James

A rear veiw mirror is very useful when driving a 911 on the track. That way, you can see where you are going when you have an off track excursion.
