Anyone have a GM TECH 2 instrument near Philly?

Hi Peeps. My son and I replaced the (gawdawful) gas/autosensing shock system on a 2003 C5 vette ( I did not buy it!! inherited it... jus sayin...). Ride is much much better.
However the electronics now dither the speed down to a cap of 80mph. Its a F55 code which must be reset. Takes about 10 minutes . None of the dealers or indies around here will do it. I will drive PA, NJ, MD, NY CT. etc. just to use it for a bit.
thank you!
frank

The IPC has a DTC clearing function. A Tech2 is nice to have but not necessary. F55 isn't a DTC, but an regular production option code.

But what is the actual code? There's a couple of bulletins out on the connector going to the top of the shock. Make sure that it's properly seated.
