Sunroof Headliner Install

I have read quite a few threads regarding removing and re-installing the sunroof, but I am sill a little unclear on how to re-install the sunroof headliner.

From what I can tell, the rear inch or two of sunroof headliner can be installed with the sunroof out of the car. But since you need access to the underside of sunroof to reinstall it, it looks like the rest of the sunroof headliner has to be installed with the sunroof in the car. It that a correct assumption?

If I recall correctly, the sunroof headliner should be pushed back in to the roof before the sunroof panel is installed. Then install the sunroof panel and close it all but a couple of inches. Pull the headliner forward and clip it on.
