Does anyone have tie rod end play specs?
I am looking for the Porsche spec for tie rod end play. If it matters, it's for a 1983 SC (with Turbo tie rods).

Thanks. I do have detectable play. In an earlier post someone referenced a Porsche spec for an acceptable amount of play. The play I have cannot be created by hand (moving wheels, steering wheels, etc) it can only be seen when channel locks are used to squeeze the castleated nut against the base of the rod end. It has about 1mm of vertical movement. No detectable play at the sterring wheel.
