Car horn goes off continuously when pushed

My car horn will go off for 15-20 seconds even if I just tap on the horn. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks in advance

The ground contact is stuck. Inspect the horn button and look for the brown (or black) wire that makes contact to ground. The brown wire (ground) contact point is not retracting after you pressed it down. Look for a spring with brown wire and start from there.

My mom would say..."Then don't tap it. If you leave it alone it will be fine"...........
