Not p-car related - how do I fix damaged aluminum

Posting here because I have seen good discussions about welding aluminum here.

A small, sharp rock lodged itself between the smallest chain ring and the seat tube on my vintage, all aluminum frame, Cannondale mountain bike, and actually punctured the seat tube to the tune of 1/2".

What are my repair options? The frame is 6061 T6 aluminum. If having the frame welded I'd welcome recommendations for a good welder in the SF East Bay area.

Regrets for the quality of the photos. Photographing polished aluminum up close seems to exceed my photography skills.

Many thanks in advance.
