I have done it before a few times with engine installed and no partial drop. But most adults will have a problem reaching the two (2) Allen bolts for the removal of the CSV . I am 5’8” and weighs less than 140 lbs. soak and wet and have a skinny forearms. At end of the day, I would have some skin abrasions on my forearms. Doing a partial is a better procedure. One trick I recommend is to secure the Allen wrench to a piece of string (2~3 feet long) for easy retrieval when you dropped the wrench at the rear of the motor.

And if you have access to an endoscope camera, removal would be much convenient than using an inspection mirror. Lastly, do no lose the rubber o-ring for the CSV.
