Strange valance on '79 SC
Hi guys:
I bought this valance years ago on the assumption that all of them from this period are the same. Upon fitting this, cough, cough, after painting it, I realized it was not the same as the one it was replacing. Anyone familiar with this? I would add a chin lip spoiler to close this gap, but I don't think that's going to line up. Thanks for any advice. J>

Hey JJ...
Are you sure that by adding the rubber spoiler, it wouldn’t look right? Those holes are where the lower rubber lip typically fasten. G body front valence OEM rubber lip spoiler

Perhaps that’s a 930 valence? I don’t know whether or not they’re different.

@lyleo
Thanks, man. That's what I was thinking. I thought the metal should still be flush to the wheel arch.

I have the same problem, it's a turbo valence, I'm pretty sure you'll need the 930-503-055-01 spoiler, not 930-503-055-00. Ask me how I know. But double check.

You guys should be able to sell those Turbo-Valences pretty easily.
Obviously much harder to come by. |
