New headers for a 3.6 conversion?

I have B&B headers on my 3.6 conversion and I am a little frustrated with them. #1 - Both of the heater boxes are now rattling like crazy, sounds like the whole motor is going to deal out. #2 - With the headers design the distance between the oil line front the oil tank to the motors basically rests on top of the header. This means the rubber hoses connecting it to the tank, and to the engine are really suffering. They are bulging and clearly need replacing, but I have been unable top source new rubber bits. I have even talked with Pirtek here in town about building a custom line, but they need the tank, and everything between it and the block for several days to build something up, PITA. #3 Because of the design and where the collector is, building an exhaust is a bit of a challenge. The collector is so far back and so wide that it's just a challenge, and nothing seems to look “right” to me.

So can anyone help me source new rubbers, or a new line between the tank and the engine that will work with B&B headers? Does anyone know of headers that flow as well, but can solve some of these other issues?

It’s a 964 motor in a 1975. Thanks!

Can't help w/ the rattling but you either need to reroute the oil lin or at least insulate it

Here's my set up

So Bill you did not use the B&B hardline, you just run the Porsche line and insulate it? Interesting, and simple option.

I have a 3.6 in my 89 with Fabspeed headers and i insulated the oil line pretty much
like Bill did , haven't had any issues ...
Although i do think i have more clearance with the Fabspeed headers !

Our 1.75" headers are built in the standard 911 configuration allowing for use of any muffler (not just ours) and to clear all the oil lines. Working on a system right now that mates up to a 997 GT3 back box. This is going on a 4.0L engine.

Heat exchangers are optional making things pretty tight but still clears everything.
This one is for a 3.6L engine.

Here is my setup/solution - custom pipe from tank to engine case.
