76 bump steer kit
Hi,
i have helped my friend install turbo tie rod assembly and trw bump steer kit tie rod ends. and now, i want one. he bought them used and while i can find the turbo tie rod ends easily, finding these bump steer tie rod ends is much more difficult (he bought them used). Our host doesn't sell them anymore. My question is: Do i need the bump steer tie rod ends? i have the steering rack washers and my car is lowered. Much appreciated. ![]()

Turbo tie rods do not necessarily require a bumpsteer kit. The spacers are usually adequate in that situation.
The bumpsteer kits are intended for use when the spindles are raised to re-establish the correct tie rod geometry. As low as your car is you may want to consider raised spindles IF you find the front shocks are bottoming out.

Elephant Racing has the bump steer kits available and will also raise spindles and weld on a second steering tab so you can put the outer ball joint wherever you'd like.
