Adding Heat insulators For Weber’s, is this correct?
Hey guys this is probably a stupid question but I’ve never done this and don’t want to make a mistake. First 3 pictures are what was on my car Ihttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1599947315.jpg

I realize I put a new gasket down first then insulator then gasket then manifold. My question is, is it correct for gasket and insulator to cover the cutout? Can they withstand the heat and exposure? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1599947315.jpg Insulator on manifold http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1599947315.jpg Old gasket on insulator. I have new gaskets which fit insulator perfectly. Just showing difference. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1599947315.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1599947315.jpg |
