Anyone know if the seat belt bracket BOLT is available for a 1971 Porsche 911 without having to purchase the bracket also?

This should be the right bolt taken from the 1970 - 1973 PET located on the Porsche Classic Webpage, Illustrations 812-00 and 812-05. Not sure which belt you have.

901 803 127 10 Fastening screw
901 803 127 00 Hex-head bolt

901 803 127 10 Fastening screw
901 803 127 00 Hex-head bolt
901 803 127 10 is the part number for the Seat Belt bolt for 70-71.
901 803 127 00 is for 72 and 73.

It is a weird bolt. It is very short and has a thin head. The thread is 7/16 UNF (this is not a typo as all seat belt bolts worldwide have this thread) and is grade 5 (8.8 euro).

I would try a breaker yard like DC Automotive.
