79 911 SC - What are these Front brakes

Hi,
I've been told the front brakes are from a different model. Trying to identify what model they are from so I can get the right parts to service. I have a slight grind noise when warm and turning a corner. If I tap the brakes the noise goes away. Is worse on hot days. Have been told it may be a missing retaining pin or the pad might need to be replaced ?

Bought the pads and discovered my issue with the noise on drivers front.

One piston seized.

Had different pads on either side. I'm guessing they threw in a pad worn enough to fit the gap where the piston was seized.

... just when you think it's a quick job ;-)
