Brake Fluid Level

How high up should the brake fluid level be? The fluid looks to be clean and the car stops fine. Any recommendations for for a 1977 911S to top it off?

Thanks

Sam

When was your fluid last flushed? Yours looks dark. You "should" flush it every 12-24 months. Fluid should be clear.

I top my fluid to the mold line on the reservoir.

Yep. Good stuff.

Same as the ATE Typ200 just dyed blue.

I used to alternate between ATE Typ200 and ATE Blue until they took the blue off the USA Market.

What is nice about alternating is that you will see a distinct color change when you flush (blue to gold or visa-versa). In my 1973 with M Calipers, it takes no more than 170 ml per caliper to completely flush each caliper (the furthest uses the most and the closest the least).
