I hope you're kidding us. If you're not, touch nothing...the cops just may want to do fingerprints. Only thing that puzzles me, if they were taking the car, why not the jack & jackstands as well?

Err, yeah, if you're not kidding - how mobile was it? You got it mostly driveable, yes? Ah crap.

Please tell me you are kidding.

We have so much further to go together. I want to hear how it runs, brakes.....

Maybe you uncle or whoever you bought it from saw how well the car was coming along and took it back.

ok, here's the writeup.
I had a small problem with my brakes when I was testing everything out. The line that goes from the inside to the outside of the brakes wasn't as tight as it should be and it leaked. Tighted it up and the brakes were great.
The battery was dead but we gave it a jump and she started right up. The oil pressure jumped right up to 60psi. (4bar)

After we moved everything out of the way I tried to put her into first and she ground pretty bad. I put it into second and back into first. She then took off nice and smooth (I didnt' even stall it)I stoped for a small photo shoot and off we( went for a little drive. I just took it up the road a little ways and I didn't take her over 3200rpms but I could really feel the power. She was a litte twitchy but over she handled well.

She pops, has a slight miss and is smokey but she runs and drives! Now I know what the 911 fever's all about.
