Sperrediff. sticker

I think you can get almost any kind of sticker to the dear old porsches.
But I could not find any information about this.
I have in my shop two gearboxes for reperation and both have LSD the first one is a 930 from 82 'and the other is a 993 from 95' and both stickers are the same.
It has probably been for internal use at the factory.
Some others who have seen this?

I made myself some new ones.

Are you *positive* it is written Sperrediff on the original sticker?
I do speak german, and I'd have said "Sperrdiff", or "Sperr. Diff."

sperrdiff

Yes you are right GeorgeK
There are only 9 letters, so it has to be Sperrdiff. I make some new ones.
I am surprised that no one has seen this sticker. If it had been on the engine it was certain that it had been made some new stickers.
picture of the sticker on the 993 gearbox.

You have better eyes than mine. I can't tell from the picture. But the language makes sense.

Makes me wish I had a sperrdiff in my car, so I could buy a cool sticker (I'm a sucker for those too).

sticker

I think it has been used at the factory to easily see if a gearbox was fitted with lsd without having to look under the bottom where number 12 indicated lsd.
Rakednstretched will you write year and gearbox type for data record.
thanks
Daugaard

I’ve seen the sticker on many 930s and G50s. I’ve never seen in on a 915.
