Sonderwerks Magnetic Engine Sound Pad

Hi folks, I couldn't find anything in search about the Sonderwerks Magnetic Sound Pad so I thought I'd ask:

Has anyone purchased and installed one, and could tell me about the quality, sound difference, how well it adheres and overall durability.

Here's the product: https://www.sonderwerks.com/product-page/911-engine-sound-pad

Thanks in advance.

Given that it is not glued to the firewall, I wonder if it blocks sound as well as a factory sound pad glued to the firewall.

This is why I'm asking people who've bought it, how the magnets adhere it and how it works.

I have one installed and couldn’t be happier. Will post pics once I’m home later today.

Craig_D, Our magnet sound pads looks great and it can be installed without dropping the motor on your 911. It uses 14 N52 neodymium magnets to hold it in place. Im not going to claim that it will reduce noise more effectively than the glued standard pad, but our feedback from clients suggests that it's at least as good as the standard glued in pad.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call the shop at 704-799-7680 and ask for me. All the best, Dave

Thank you Dave. Are you all having any Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales?
