Strut Nut Torque on 1975 911

The Haines manual states to tighten the nut on the strut housing to 85ft lb plus 14
What is the 14/ is that 14 degrees or is that add to 99 ftlb.
in the porsche tech literature for a later year it has 120 nm plus 20
Does anyone know what the second number means?
thanks
