side marker screws

I learned that my side marker lens screws have broken somehow and are now too short to attach, can a buy new screws only or do they only come attached with the lens?

I had this issue, the screws must shake and make the opening wider so they don't lock in anymore, I just bought some m6x1 screws and and m8x1 screws and was able to rethread it, you can even try a bit longer than 1" I believe.
