911 1970 frt brake caliber refurb

1970 911T front M brake caliber refurbishing. Problem?
Changing pistons to S.S 48mm, but the old caliper pistons centre post self adjustment
mechanism has been stamped in around the edges. The newer version and the S.S version use a circlip. How to make the exchange?
Or is there a NLA part available?

I would think a Drexel tool with a small grinding wheel could remove the staking. Rob

Do you need it? Thought it was common to remove them since they have been known to act up?

Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I can chime in

Thanks for the suggestion. Do not have a drexel, or Dremmel grinder.
Decided after measuring the components, that By using a 4mm drill and good gutting oil I could extricate the parts I needed and afterwards the old parts could be reused?
The attached photo explains far better than words.
Cheers
