Who’s good on SC tail light wiring?

I’ve cut it out all the aftermarket BS wiring and I have the original oem stuff left over. My laptop and Bentley are 1800 miles away and I’d like to get the SC legal and on the road next week. All I have is my iPhone and I’m getting all squinty eyed trying to read black and white diagrams and blurry footnotes.

I need a hand any volunteers?

Black/white and/or black/green are signals.
Grey/red and/or grey/black are running lights
Grey are license lamps
Black/yellow are brake lights
Green/white is either rear fog lamp or oil level.
Grey/brown is reverse.
Of course the license light wires are different coming out of the harness than going in
Same with the green/whites
Brown is ground.

Finished. The after market LED license plate lights tossed me for a loop. One was reversed polarity. Had pull the bumper off to get to it. Sent a hey asshat message to the seller.
